Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Termination

Your right to use the application may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms or if your organization removes your access.
